Third-Party Disclosure

Stripe (payment processing), and disclosures as required by law. For eSIM issuance we send only an internal order reference and the plan code to our network provider (eSIMAccess) — no personal data (such as your name or email) is transmitted to the network provider. We also use Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA) to understand site usage, loaded with Consent Mode; analytics cookies are set only after you accept. We do not sell your personal data.\n\n当社はサイト利用状況の把握のため Google Analytics（Google LLC・米国）を利用します（Consent Mode で動作し、Cookie は同意後にのみ使用）。eSIM の発行にあたり、通信提供者（eSIMAccess）へは内部注文番号とプランコードのみを送信し、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人データは送信しません。

Retention Period

Transaction records: 7 years (statutory requirement under Japanese Commercial Code). Consent records (purchase consent, terms acceptance): 7 years (GDPR Article 5(1)(e) / APPI compliance). Account data: deleted within 90 days of account closure upon request. Analytics data: 26 months. Marketing consent: retained until opt-out or account deletion.\n\n同意記録（購入同意・利用規約同意）は、日本の商法およびGDPR第5条第1項(e)に基づき、7年間保管します。
